Terms of sale, returns and privacy notice

These terms apply to consumer purchases from this website. They also explain how we use personal information. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

Version: 11 July 2026

Seller and contact details

The seller and data controller is PCB UK Enterprises Ltd, trading as Chips N Dips. The company is registered in England and Wales under company number 07145715.

Registered office: 48 Oswald Road, Scunthorpe, England, DN15 7PQ.
Return postal address: 256 Grange Lane South, Scunthorpe, England, DN16 3NF.
Email: [email protected].

Products, prices and payment

The product listing describes the main characteristics, compatibility, price, availability and any selectable options. Please contact us before ordering if compatibility is uncertain. Prices and the checkout total include the UK taxes we charge. Delivery charges are shown separately before payment. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we do not receive or store full card details.

You can review and change your basket before continuing to Stripe. Clicking the final payment button in Stripe places an order with an obligation to pay. A contract is formed when payment is accepted and we send the order confirmation. If an obvious pricing or availability error prevents us from accepting or supplying an order, we will contact you and refund any payment taken.

Dispatch

Made to order listings normally dispatch in 2-3 weeks. Normally stocked items usually dispatch in 2-3 working days. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the selected destination region and postal service.

Exchange, repair and testing services begin after the required customer unit has arrived. Orders normally ship by Royal Mail or another suitable tracked service according to parcel size, value and destination. Risk passes to the consumer when the goods are delivered.

Exchange, repair and testing services

A listing described as an exchange, repair or testing service requires you to send the complete compatible unit identified in the listing. Send-in instructions are provided after payment. Please package it securely, include your name and order details, and use a tracked service. You remain responsible for it until it is delivered to us.

We will inspect the unit before proceeding. If it is incomplete, incompatible, physically damaged beyond the stated service, or contains a different part from the one ordered, we will contact you before doing further work. We will agree any revised price or return arrangement with you; no additional charge will be taken without your express agreement. Donor parts removed or replaced during an exchange become our property unless the listing or a written agreement says otherwise.

Change of mind cancellation

For most standard online orders, the buyer can cancel for any reason within 14 days after receiving the goods. After telling us they want to cancel, the buyer then has another 14 days to send the goods back.

A refund will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or within 14 days of receiving proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever is earlier.

The refund will include the item price and the original standard delivery cost. If the buyer chose a more expensive delivery service than the standard option, only the standard delivery cost has to be refunded.

For a change of mind return, the buyer pays the return postage unless we have agreed otherwise. No cancellation fee, restocking fee or other admin fee will be charged. A deduction may be made if the buyer has handled the goods beyond what is necessary to inspect them, for example by damaging, altering or using them beyond a normal inspection.

Please contact us before sending any return so the correct return address and return instructions can be provided.

Made to order and custom items

A standard listed board, including a standard made-to-order board or a standard selectable option from the listing, is treated as a normal online goods order for cancellation rights.

The change of mind cancellation right does not apply to genuinely bespoke goods that are made to the buyer's specification or clearly personalised. This does not affect rights for faulty, incorrect or not-as-described goods.

Faulty, incorrect or not-as-described goods

Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their normal purpose. If goods are faulty, incorrect, not as described or do not do what they are supposed to do, the buyer has statutory rights.

If the buyer rejects faulty goods within 30 days of receiving them, a full refund will be given. After that, the legal remedy will normally be repair or replacement first. If repair or replacement is impossible, not provided in a reasonable time, or does not fix the problem, the buyer may be entitled to a refund or price reduction.

For faults raised within the first 6 months, goods returned by the buyer must be repaired or replaced unless we can prove they were not faulty when bought. After 6 months, the buyer may be asked to show that the fault was present when the goods were bought.

If goods are returned because they are faulty, incorrect or not as described, the buyer will not be charged the return postage.

Warranty

Any advertised warranty is in addition to statutory rights. Unless a listing states otherwise, warranty support is return-to-base and covers faults in the supplied goods or work during the stated warranty period. It does not cover accidental damage, misuse, incorrect fitting, unauthorised alteration or faults elsewhere in the jukebox. These exclusions do not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.

International orders

International buyers may need to pay local import tax, duty or handling fees before delivery. These charges are set by the destination country and are not included in the item price unless specifically stated at checkout.

How to cancel

To cancel, send a clear statement by email to [email protected]. The buyer can use the model cancellation wording below, but does not have to use this exact format.

Information we collect

We collect the information needed to answer enquiries and fulfil orders. This can include your name, email address, telephone number, delivery address, messages, products ordered, order value, payment status, shipping and exchange information. Cloudflare and our service providers also process limited technical and security information such as IP address, browser information, request time and error records. Stripe processes your payment details; we do not store full card details.

Why we use it

  • To answer enquiries and take steps requested before a purchase.
  • To accept payment, fulfil orders, provide support and handle returns under our contract with you.
  • To keep accounting, tax and consumer-law records where required by law.
  • To prevent fraud, protect the website, troubleshoot failures and defend legal claims where this is in our legitimate interests and does not override your rights.

Who receives it

We share only what is necessary with providers that help operate the service, including Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for hosting, security and database services, Resend and email providers for messages, and postal or courier services for delivery. We may also disclose information when legally required. We do not sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

International processing

Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, we rely on the provider's UK adequacy arrangements, approved contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism.

How long we keep it

Completed order and accounting records are normally kept for six years after the relevant financial year or for longer where a dispute or legal requirement makes this necessary. Enquiry correspondence is normally kept for up to two years after the last contact. Incomplete checkout, webhook and security records are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to reconcile stock and payments, prevent abuse and investigate failures, using the retention facilities provided by our service providers. Information is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed.

Browser storage

The website uses local and session storage to remember your basket, selected shipping region and checkout progress. This storage is necessary to provide the shopping and checkout service you request. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If optional tracking is introduced, this notice and any consent controls will be updated first.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access to your personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or transfer. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it. Providing contact and delivery information is necessary to place and fulfil an order. We do not use solely automated decision-making that has legal or similarly significant effects.

To exercise a right or ask a privacy question, email [email protected]. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
